As of July 12, 2012, The Wireless Tax Fairness Act’ (S. 543) was filed as an amendment to the ‘Small Business Jobs and Tax Relief Act’ (S. 2237) by Senator Ron Wyden (D-OR). The Wireless Tax Fairness Act, is a legislative proposal that would put a moratorium on discriminatory state wireless phone and data service tax increases.
